Ideal capital of Romagna, Rimini is the place where hills and sea find balance, joining culture, art, sea and entertainment with hinterland, which is rich in history, nature, wine and food tradition.

The traditional cooking of Romagna, is characterized by the love for simplicity, in a skillfully mixing of the sea and the earth tastes. Piadina is unquestionably the gastronomic symbol of Romagna, but also the hand-made pasta, blue fish and typical cheeses have their considerable place. Besides, the hinterland hills give optimum wines like Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Cagnina.

        

Is in these lands, full of traditions, that L’Antica Cucina takes its root, finding inspiration in respect of the old time simple tastes, through the use of raw materials made in the neighborhood, to support the development of the local wine and food production.
L’Antica Cucina also cooperates with some local organizations, in the setting of fund-raising dinners in favor of the Mutoko Zimbawe hospital, managed by Dr. Pesaresi Marilena, well-known for her social commitment in Africa. In the 2007 she also received the decoration from the government, to award her social and solidarity activity.
