Our products range extends itself across the fresh line, which includes references like Piadina, Cassoni (an already filled and closed Piadina), rolled Piadina, Pizza and Pizza Bases and the bakery’s line, with products like Sfogliatine ( yeast-free creckers), Crackers and Rustichelli mini bread-sticks.
We use different kinds of flour: Kamut®, white and whole-wheat spelt, wheat, Italian durum wheat “Senatore Cappelli”.
We offer a lot of products, always delicate and delightful, to satisfy all kinds of tastes, starting from traditional tastes like the Mediterranean one ( rosemary, cheese, oregano, red pepper) to arrive at more original ones like Nory seaweeds and green tea.
